Seb Bulpin #43

I became a bike fan from a very early age, riding a moped before I could touch the floor at the age of 6. I then went on to race motox in my early years before leaving the sport due to persuing different interests......Golf of all things!!

I returned to racing motorbikes in 2007 somewhat by accident. After taking part in a trackday at Cadwell Park I was instantly hooked on the speed and adrenalin of road racing's short circuits and set about selling everything to make it onto a road racing grid.

The first season was somewhat turbulent, after winning 3 out of my first 4 races on tarmac I was involved in a nasty racing incident at Cadwell Park. Now with 34 pieces of metal in my body (Ouch!!), with a return to racing very quickly for the 2008 season in the MRO Stocksport Championship - in hindisight a mistake to rush back with so little strength, however, managed to finish the season as 5th Junior and 9th overall even after missing 2 rounds.

2009 was awful. Breaking my collar bone a week before the first round didn't help and just set everything back all over again. Only competing 5 rounds in the end of 2009 taking 3 podiums along the way - not good enough.

Fit finally for 2010 after months of hard slog in the gym i'm simply looking to enjoy my racing again and share my weekends with fellow bike racing enthusiasts.

Wish me luck!
